Yep. This is the fine print.
We'd much rather be talking about glitter, vintage treasures, Diet Cokes, and what craft we're making next. But we've spent years building Granny Camp into something special, and this section helps protect the brand, the community, and the experience we've worked so hard to create.
By purchasing a ticket, registering for a class, attending an event, or participating in any Granny Camp activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
TICKETS & REGISTRATION
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, but we're always happy to transfer your ticket to a future Granny Camp if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event. After that, all seats, supplies, snacks, and experiences are lovingly prepared and reserved just for you, and we're unable to make changes, issue credits, or provide refunds.
Please note: Granny Camp is a 21+ event venue unless otherwise stated.
EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Granny Camp reserves the right to modify instructors, projects, schedules, class offerings, vendors, meals, locations, and event programming as needed. While we do our best to keep everything exactly as advertised, sometimes life happens.
In the event Granny Camp cancels an event due to circumstances beyond our control, attendees may be offered a transfer, credit, rescheduled date, or refund at Granny Camp's discretion.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
By attending any Granny Camp event, workshop, class, market, retreat, or gathering, you grant Granny Camp permission to photograph, film, and record your participation.
These photos and videos may be used on our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, advertisements, future event promotions, printed materials, and other promotional content. Because honestly, you and your masterpieces deserve to be famous.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND PROTECTION
Now for the "please don't steal our stuff" section.
Granny Camp, Granny Camp Texas, our logos, event concepts, class formats, educational materials, marketing materials, photographs, videos, graphics, written content, customer information, vendor relationships, instructor relationships, business processes, event structure, curriculum, and overall Granny Camp experience are proprietary property of Granny Camp and its owners. Certain trademarks are registered or currently under trademark review and protection.
By purchasing a ticket or attending any Granny Camp event, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, teach, distribute, sell, license, record for commercial use, or create competing events, workshops, retreats, classes, camps, or experiences derived from Granny Camp's proprietary concepts, materials, branding, business methods, or curriculum without prior written consent.
Attendee lists, customer information, instructor information, vendor information, sponsor information, and business contacts obtained through Granny Camp may not be copied, solicited, shared, sold, distributed, harvested, or used for commercial purposes.
Personal photos and videos are absolutely encouraged. We love seeing Granny Camp through your eyes. However, recording classes, demonstrations, educational content, instructional materials, or teaching content for redistribution, teaching, commercial use, or replication is prohibited without written permission.
COMMUNITY PROTECTION
Granny Camp exists because of the relationships we've built with our attendees, instructors, vendors, sponsors, and community partners.
By attending, you agree not to use Granny Camp events for the purpose of recruiting, soliciting, or diverting instructors, vendors, employees, contractors, sponsors, business partners, or attendees for competing events, businesses, workshops, retreats, or organizations.
KINDNESS MATTERS
Granny Camp is built on creativity, friendship, community, and kindness.
By purchasing a ticket and attending any Granny Camp event, you agree not to engage in harassment, bullying, defamation, slander, disparagement, theft, misuse of proprietary information, or conduct intended to damage the reputation of Granny Camp, its owners, staff, instructors, vendors, sponsors, partners, or attendees.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service, remove attendees from an event, or deny future registrations for disruptive behavior, harassment, theft, safety concerns, violations of these terms, or conduct deemed harmful to the Granny Camp community. No refunds will be issued in these situations.
PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Should a chargeback or payment dispute be initiated, Granny Camp reserves the right to provide registration records, communications, event attendance records, photographs, signed agreements, and related documentation to the payment processor or financial institution.
Guests who initiate fraudulent, misleading, or unsupported payment disputes may be prohibited from future registrations, events, workshops, and purchases.
FOOD, ALLERGIES & HEALTH
Attendees are responsible for informing Granny Camp of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or medical concerns.
While we do our absolute best to accommodate requests, Granny Camp cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and assumes no responsibility for allergic reactions or medical issues resulting from food, beverages, or participation in activities.
THE TINY SAFETY HUG
Crafting involves scissors, hot glue, paint, sharp things, heavy things, sewing machines, power tools, and occasionally decisions that seemed like a good idea five minutes ago.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Granny Camp, its owners, instructors, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and staff from liability for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
And lastly...
Hot glue is hot.
Scissors are pointy.
Glitter is forever.
