We know plans change, life gets busy, and sometimes things don't go exactly as expected. Because we receive a lot of questions about refunds and transfers, we wanted to make our policy as clear as possible.

All Granny Camp tickets, workshops, classes, events, and registrations are non-refundable.
When you register, your seat, supplies, materials, food, beverages, staffing, and event planning are reserved specifically for you.
We're happy to help if we can.
If you contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled event, we will transfer the amount you paid toward a future Granny Camp event.
Please note:
Transfer requests made fewer than 7 days before the event are not eligible for transfer, credit, or refund.
If you do not attend your event and have not requested a transfer within the required timeframe, your registration is forfeited and is not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
While rare, sometimes circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel or reschedule an event.
If Granny Camp cancels an event, attendees may be offered one or more of the following options:
